At Cool Bottles NZ, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

It must be in the original packaging

Items damaged after delivery

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
